GIVEAWAY from Team BurnIt

Jeff from Team BurnIt is really passionate about fitness and nutrition - and he loves helping people reach their goals! Having lost 100 lbs in less than one year, Jeff knows what he's doing! He isn't a fitness instructor or nutritionalist or anything; but he knows what works for him, and he wants to share that with you today.


Hey everyone, it's me, Jeff from Team BurnIt. As you can see in the picture above, my health has changed dramatically in the last year. I have gone from 357 lbs down to 255 lbs since February 2012. I have learned a lot about fitness and nutrition, and I love sharing my journey and knowledge with the people I meet.

I was always the "big guy" growing up. Despite being a very active guy, eating the incorrect food hindered me from seeing any change. My most recent job was encouraging a sedentary lifestyle, and in the last 4 years, my weight just ballooned. 357 lbs is the heaviest I have ever been, and I have vowed to myself to never go back to that weight. It was absolutely horrible. I wasn't able to keep up with my kids, I huffed and puffed just walking up the stairs, and I had almost constant back pain. Not to mention clothes that never fit me properly (yeah, guys have that too!) Now, due to my weight loss, I have way more energy - I have run a 5K, and I am now a smaller guy now than when I was on my wedding day!

With this lifestyle change, many people have been asking me what I've been doing to get these results, and I gain so much satisfaction from helping them reach their goals!

Some people may be worried about doing this workout program, since it is rather high intensity. But I would tell those people that they don't have to worry about that AT ALL. During each workout, there is a girl who shows a lower impact version of each of those workouts - even jumping jacks! So if you have knee problems (which I do) or back problems, you won't have to worry about pushing it too hard. I have actually discovered that since I have started working out properly, I'm building up the muscles around my knee, which is helping to alleviate most of the pain. BONUS!!!
